| That Amoeba Elvis guy is badass. Time for my yearly update I suppose. It is likely no one will read this. That matters little, I think it just gives me kicks to actually keep updating this thing. I will say that it's interesting to see people and how they change over time, and how some people stay the same no matter what.

| Xanga! It's been a while.
Well, Maximum Etcetera is defunct. Near the end we rocked out though. For those who missed it, we were up to 9 people. I think we had, two saxophones, trumpet, steel drum, drumset, percussion, keyboards, bass guitar, and vocals. We played one show before everyone moved away, the day before Graduation at the Wherehouse. Our setlist consisted of Don't Stop Me Now, White Wedding, an original, Runaround Sue, Hey Ya!, You Can Call Me Al, and an encore of Hey Ya!
It was a good show. I still have all of the material I had for the album, maybe someday I'll get back around to it, but that won't be MaximumEtcetera and the Fructose SpaceBot, that'll just be me. I'll have to finish Leaving Hillcrest Heights first.
To all you Bville people who came out to our shows even though they never turned out like we wanted, thanks. It was a fun time, and I'm glad we could do something musical for Bville that wasn't cheap Screamo.
Peace, Jamie
EDIT - This color scheme is totally whack, I don't know who let me pick it....

| Alright! We're into phase 3 of the album.
Basically, we're refining the parts of the songs. Derek is practicing. We will record next weekend. After that, I hope to make it done within a month, while the physical aspects of the album are being taken care of.

| UPDATE! The album is rapidly getting farther and farther along. Basic Outline: 1. Write everything out 2. Program it in 3. a. Record Sax b. Start editting things to make them sound better 4. Add the polish to the sound 5. Desiging the CD case, cover, and back 6. Adding DATA CD content.
Right now, We are almost through phase 2. I estimate it will take another 3 weeks to a month to finish phase 3, 2 weeks for phase 4 and then maybe a month until the CD is out. Looking at it, that leaves us to the end of November for an estimated release date. Just thought I'd let some people know....

| Got a lot done today. Worked 4 hours straight on it. In an hour or so I'm going over to Tims for a few hours, and we'll work on this stuff a lot then as well. Just thought I'd update and let everyone know. I think we need more fans. http://www.purevolume.com/maximumetcetera
